Max completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management at the ISM in Dortmund in 2018. During this time, he was able to gain experience abroad during two semesters abroad (2015 in Riga, Latvia and 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand). Through several internships in Germany and other European countries, he was able to familiarise himself with small and medium-sized companies and their working environments. Max was also able to work on talent management projects and develop an employee retention concept for Terex Cranes. In his final thesis, he focussed on influences on career choices. In 2020, Max began a second degree in psychology. For his final thesis, he looked at the comparability of different intelligence tests. Since 2022, he has been working on Maximilian Spiekermann's project on the selective partial hydrogenation of vegetable oils and has been employed on the Simplyfined project since 1 October 2024.
