Hiermit bestätige ich gem. Art. 13 EU DS-GVO dem Lehrstuhl für Technische Chemie (Emil-Figge-Straße 66, 44227 Dortmund, Email: thomas.seidensticker@tu-dortmund.de) die Speicherung meiner folgenden angegebenen, personenbezogenen Daten zum Zweck der Anmeldung und Organisation des Jahrestreffens des PhD-Seminars des Westdeutschen Katalyse Lehrverbundes (WDKL) 2020: Anrede, Titel, Name, Universität/Bereich, Institutionsadresse und Email. Zugriffsberechtigt sind die Mitarbeiter des Lehrstuhls für Technische Chemie. Die personenbezogenen Daten werden unverzüglich nach Beendigung des Seminars gelöscht. Eine Weitergabe der Daten an Dritte erfolgt nicht. Über mein Recht, auf Auskunft über Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten nach Art. 15 DS-GVO, Widerruf einer erteilten Einwilligung nach Art. 7 DS-GVO, Berichtigung nach Art. 16 DS-GVO, Löschung nach Art. 17 DS-GVO, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung nach Art. 18 DS-GVO, sowie Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitung aufgrund berechtigten Interesses nach Art. 21 DS-GVO bin ich informiert worden (Kontaktadresse Datenschutzbeauftragter: datenschutzbeauftragter@tu-dortmund.de). Beim Auskunfts- und beim Löschungsrecht gelten die Einschränkungen nach § 12 DSG NRW. Eine Verweigerung dieser Bestätigung führt zur Nichtteilnahme an dem Seminar. | In accordance with Art. 13 EU DS-GVO, I hereby confirm to the Chair of Industrial Chemistry (Emil-Figge-Straße 66, 44227 Dortmund, Email: thomas.seidensticker@tu-dortmund.de) the storage of my following provided personal data for the purpose of registration and organization of the annual meeting of the PhD Seminar of the West German Catalysis Teaching Network (WDKL) 2020: title, name, university/area, institutional address and email. The employees of the Chair of Technical Chemistry are authorized to access the data. The personal data will be deleted immediately after the end of the seminar. The data will not be passed on to third parties. I have been informed about my right to information about the processing of personal data according to Art. 15 DS-GVO, revocation of a given consent according to Art. 7 DS-GVO, correction according to Art. 16 DS-GVO, deletion according to Art. 17 DS-GVO, restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DS-GVO, as well as objection against processing due to legitimate interest according to Art. 21 DS-GVO (contact address data protection officer: datenschutzbeauftragter@tu-dortmund.de). With regard to the right of information and the right of deletion, the restrictions according to § 12 DSG NRW apply. In addition, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the NRW State Data Protection Commissioner (Art. 77 DS-GVO). Refusal to provide this confirmation will result in non-participation in the seminar.
